Cinema industry webinars

Since the closure of most cinemas around Europe and globally in early March, exhibitors and their partners have continued to engage with each other and their audience in various ways. Among other initiatives, major professional publications have launched webinars to discuss recent developments in the sector.

UNIC had the opportunity to participate in a #CJCinemaSummit organised on 9 April, with UNIC President Phil Clapp speaking on behalf of our association. And on 14 April, Phil Clapp was joined by UNIC Senior Vice-President Jaime Tarrazon and UNIC CEO Laura Houlgatte to share insights on the impact of the crisis on the European cinema industry.
