UNIC Women’s Cinema Leadership Programme: Call for applications open

UNIC is delighted to announce that the call for applications for the 5th edition of the UNIC Women’s Cinema Leadership Programme is now open.

Launched in 2017, the UNIC’s Women’s Cinema Leadership Programme is a one year mentoring scheme that aims to provide up and coming female leaders in the sector with an exclusive opportunity to learn from an outstanding group of female executives from across the industry. Through a unique mix of one-to-one mentoring sessions, networking and workshops, we provide a platform to both our mentors and mentees to enhance their leadership skills, build their network, give back to the industry and more importantly be part of a community of women that empower and support each other.

Currently, our fourth edition is successfully rolling and we are preparing the fifth edition - expected to kick off this summer – involving a new intake of mentors and mentees. If you want to become a mentor or mentee of the programme, express your interest by sending an email to dstratan@unic-cinemas.org by 30 April.

We are delighted to see our group of mentors and mentees growing year by year. With that in mind, we are also happy to share the second video of the “What inspires you?” series shining a light one our community of women leaders. The first video of this initiative is available here.

UNIC’s Women’s Cinema Leadership Programme is UNIC’s flagship initiative to promote more diverse and gender-balanced leadership in the industry. More information about the programme is available here.
